A benefit directly applied once per heating season to the main heat source or bulk fuel bill.

WCP
HEAP Winter Crisis Program
Maintain or restore service, establish new or transfer service, help with a PIPP default or first PIPP payment.

SCP
HEAP Summer Crisis Program
Assists with electric utility bills, central air conditioning repairs, an air conditioning unit and/or fan purchases.
Available July–Sept.

PIPP Plus
Percentage of Income Payment Pla
A year-round extended payment plan to pay electric and/or natural gas bills based on a percentage of household income.

HWAP
Home Weatherization Program
Assists income-eligible Ohioans to improve their home’s energy efficiency and reduce energy costs.

THE BRIDGE PROJECT
Launched in June 2021, The Bridge Project is an unconditional cash transfer program designed to provide additional support for mothers during the most important periods of their child's lives in terms of mental, physical, and emotional development: the prenatal period and the first 1,000 days of life. We currently support over 1,400 mothers and infants across the United States and are thrilled to be expanding our program to the Appalachian region beginning in January 2025.
Interested birthing parents can apply beginning January 8th, 2025. Information can be found in the forms below.
